1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using bstats football (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Auto-Renewable Subscription: The App offers monthly subscription plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Price & Renewal: Subscription fees vary by region and are displayed in the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds for partial billing periods.
• Free Trial: If offered, new users may receive a free trial period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once the user purchases a subscription.

3. Use License

bstats football grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;
• Use the App in any unlawful manner or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
• Interfere with the functionality or security of the App;
• Upload or distribute any malicious code.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks and intellectual property associated with bstats football are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App provides sports predictions for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App or your betting outcomes.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your subscription will also end.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms at this URL and update the “Effective date” above.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any dispute arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of local courts.
